With my paintings, I want to communicate a sense of eternity to the viewer. Finding himself in a vast "empty" landscape, the viewer shall get some space to contemplate over the reality of death and the eternity which awaits us on the other side. It is real! And there is only one way we can receive eternal life. It is God's gift to us, through His Son Jesus Christ, who bore our sins on the Cross and took our punishment for it on Himself, so we can be granted His Righteousness and with it eternal Life, reconciled with God. By the Blood of Jesus Christ, that was shed for us, we are saved, by grace alone. Not through works, so that no one can boast. Humble yourselfs, confess that you are a sinner, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. For God's Word says: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
