How to make Jamaican Coconut Drops

SAFETY FIRST: When breaking the coconut I keep it covered in a kitchen towel or plastic bag to prevent splinters from flying around. If you're very inexperienced please use gloves while handling the coconut or use a kitchen towel to hold it sturdily when removing the husk.
