Cedar Point Midway Carousel And Wurlitzer 153 Band Organ: “Lucky Day” and “America The Beautiful”
This Wurlitzer 153 band organ plays on the Midway Carousel at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Built in 1917, this instrument has been at Cedar Point since the carousel moved there in the 1940’s. The organ sat silent for over 20 years until being extensively refurbished by Dave Ramey Jr. in 2020. The organ now plays continuously with 500 songs via MIDI. All MIDI files are either edited or arranged by Mikey Mills.
