However, Cecep emphasized that no matter how sophisticated the smuggling method, X-ray machines can still detect it. "If we let even one bottle of Zamzam water through, we're worried they'll tell other pilgrims it's okay to bring Zamzam water. This poses a risk to the flight," Cecep said. Once Zamzam water or other prohibited items are found, the suitcases will be opened and their contents rearranged by officers.
