Today, for this vibrant new episode, I'm delighted to welcome Kelly Massol, founder of the flourishing French cosmetics brand, Les Secrets de Loly. This rapidly growing brand aims to help women regain their self-confidence. I had the pleasure of interviewing Kelly a while back on the channel    • L’argent est-il le nerf de la guerre ? ave...  , through the She's Mercedes program https://www.mercedes-benz.fr/passenge..., and we were instantly captivated. I was immediately charmed by her and knew I absolutely had to invite her for a proper interview, which I've now done! In this episode, we talked about Loly's Secrets: the key factors of success, the sale of her company, and Kelly gave us lots of super interesting examples, like mistakes to avoid or, conversely, advice to follow. We also talked about her beginnings, which was very interesting because she opened up a lot (and I thank her for that) on a subject she very rarely talks about: her rather difficult childhood, since her mother left her when she was barely six months old. Finally, I recommend listening to the whole episode because Kelly really engaged in the interview and shared lots of anecdotes and lessons that I'm sure will resonate with many of you!
