Love Notions Melody Dolman Top Part 1 - Learn to Sew

This pattern is so cute! I would consider it easy to intermediate. A good one to try for your first collared shirt. It comes with a full-bust option too. This week, I will cover sizing, cutting out, grainline, and interfacing, and go over the instructions; then we will start sewing! Come back next week for part two. Main takeaways from this week's video. 1. Use the full bust pattern piece if you are full-busted. 2. Press the shoulder seam forward. 😅 3. Cut the collar turn-up part to 3/8", not 1/2" as suggested. *If you noticed some clips are wibbly wobbly, I lent my camera and the settings were changed. I didn't know it until I started editing. I have fixed it, but this entire project was filmed with the stability turned off. So sorry. I hope you don't get seasick.
