IDAC weaponised investigations against Khumalo - Elton
Legal Analyst, Elton Hart, says that by soliciting the Section 27 affidavit from Fadiel Adams, IDAC was trying to remedy deficiencies and the jurisdictional aspect that they did not have to investigate Lieutenant-General Dumisani Khumalo. He suggests that the investigations against Khumalo were weaponised by people trying to get hold of the SAPS slush fund.
