DENIED: No Mackenzie Shirilla ORW prison calls! Here’s the remaining 8 Cuyahoga County OH jail calls

I've tried and tried to get any of Mackenzie's #ORW prison calls but the last thing I was told is: Ms. Mooney- In consult with DRC Legal, and in response to your request for reconsideration of your public records request, our response has not changed. ORC 5120.21(E) carves out specific exceptions that are considered public records when it comes to inmate records. Visitation history/logs and phone call logs are not explicitly listed in those exceptions therefore they are not public records.
