5 big big size Clown Knife Fish scaling, cutting & fish curry cooking in village jungle by 15+ women to feed whole village peoples with rice. It was about 18 KG fish total. clown knifefish or spotted knifefish or Chitala ornata fish called in Bengali "Chitol Mach" and very much popular and tasty fish. We bought the fish 600 BDT(About 7 USD) per KG. And this fish scaling is very tough job. About 15+ women scaling & cutting fish and also some women prepared ingredient and some vegetables. They used bottle gourd and potato to cook fish curry. They first fried all the fish using some spice ingredient then prepared fish curry of fried fish. After finish cooking women serve the fish curry with rice to full village peoples. All the children enjoy eating fish curry with rice.
