Nox de Carbono | Nox de Compostos Orgânicos | Eletroquímica | Aula 03

Carbon Oxide: How to Calculate It? In this lesson, we'll see how to calculate the Oxide of the chemical element carbon in the structures of organic compounds. We'll differentiate between the average Oxide and the actual Oxide of each carbon atom. To calculate the Oxide of carbon in organic compounds, we must consider electronegativity, or rather, the difference in electronegativity between the atoms. This lesson is particularly important and serves as a foundation for when we're dealing with the oxidation of organic compounds, for example, the oxidation of ethanol to ethanal and ethanoic acid. 🔔 SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL 👍 Did you like the video?
