Given the stormy weather and current, Leo was able to experience first-hand the daunting and dedicated work of the fishermen as they catch the savory beltfish, one after another. Fishermen employ a manual fishing method with the hard-earned beltfish by luring them one fish at a time. Using saury as bait, they are placed into the sea at a depth of 90 meters. A method that requires both patience and precision.
