The holidays are the perfect time to reflect on tradition and history. I wanted to learn more about European Traditions so when I travelled to Romania for Christmas, I spoke to my grandparents about the Romanian customs they followed when they were children and which traditions survived to this day. Tradition is part of our cultural DNA, and I believe that it is important to honour it, while bringing new habits into the mix.
