Linfoma follicolare r/r, studio EPCORE FL-1: bispecifico efficace anche nei casi a basso rischio

Among the developments in follicular lymphoma presented in Stockholm at the annual congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA), are new data from the pivotal EPCORE-FL-1 study, which tested the addition of a subcutaneous CD3xCD20 bispecific antibody to the standard R2 regimen from second-line treatment onward. Interesting analyses of subgroups, quality of life, and pharmacodynamic biomarkers were reported at the European meeting, the results of which reinforce the role of epcoritamab in this clinical setting.
