Lauren Hart was from New Jersey and had been competing in local bodybuilding shows during the mid-1990s before competing at a national level by 1998, when the WPW staff had their two photo/video sessions with her, which was long overdue! The WPW staff made up for lost time by having two sessions with her in 1998, one in her full off-season shape weighing 150 pounds, then in chiseled contest shape at 130 pounds. The video opens with her off-season gym-work where Lauren shows off tremendous strength for a few lifts, then rep-work for other lifts. Lauren then poses in a swimsuit and a dress, displaying well rounded muscularity everywhere, but particularly, her big biceps and thighs, right up there with Doughdee Marie! Her interview follows, then it is on to Lauren's contest shape footage, and what a difference a few months and 20 pounds can make! She was very defined throughout featuring great calves, huge baseball shaped biceps and great size, definition and striations all over her awesome physique.
