What to Expect on the Track & Field: The Age Group Battles: Competitors will be fighting for points across distinct divisions, including Class III (ages 6–7), Class II (ages 8–9), Class I (ages 10–11), and the U-13 Open division. The Sprints & Hurdles: Watch the tactical shifts as Class III athletes launch from raw standing starts, while the older Class I and Open athletes lock into starting blocks for explosive crouch starts and the intense 60m hurdles. The Relays: The action intensifies with the 4 x 200m relay, the highly anticipated Mixed Gender Relay (2 boys, 2 girls), and the unique Medley Relays 200m x 100m x 100m x 400m for boys; 200m x 100m x 100m x 200m for girls). The Field Events: Precision is key as athletes take on the High Jump, push the distance limits in the Long Jump pits, and showcase over-the-shoulder power in the specialized Ball Throw competition. The Fight for the Championship Title: Every single place matters! Teams are fighting tooth and nail for every point under the official JISA scoring system: Individual Events: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points awarded for 1st through 8th place.
