Before you start the eye makeup, apply your foundation as usual. We also applied an eyeshadow primer, to give the eyeshadow powder we're using a really strong hold. Begin the Cat eyes by lining the eyes with Black Galaxy Luster Powder. Start at the inner corners of the eyes and wing the black out pretty far to give a beautiful cat eye shape. -- Next highlight the eyes with Opal Ice Luster Powder. Brush the Opal Ice under eyebrows in a big arch, all the way from the inner corners of the eyes out to the tip of the black. -- Now we pat Stellar Mocha Luster Powder onto the eyelids, covering the entire area between the Black and White. Don't worry too much about blending the colors together yet. -- Use Golden Glow Luster Powder to blend between the Mocha and White. Bring it all the way from the inner corners of the eyes out to the tips of the cat eyes. -- Then go back in with the Black blending it up into the Mocha, giving the cat eye wing a slightly smoky effect. -- To add a bit more detail we extended the Mocha down at the inner corners of eyes. -- Finish defining the eyes by lining below the lower lash-line with Black and Stellar Mocha Luster Powder. First apply the Black right along the lash-line and then blend the Mocha just below that. -- Dust off any eyeshadow powder that has fallen. -- Apply black Mascara to the upper and lower lashes. -- To add a little extra pop to the eyes we blended the Golden Glow Luster Powder under the cat eye wings.
