Can You Build a Deck Without Concrete?

I am building a deck around our house bus Tiny House. I am using concrete and ground screws and seeing which is easier, cheaper and better. I think ground screws are amazing for temporary structures, such as a deck around a tiny house on wheels that may one day be moved. However, we don't plan on moving our house bus so i was curious to build with ground screws and see how they compare with concrete. We have a pretty low cost lifestyle, so I am interested in doing this as cheaply as possible. Ground screws are actually pretty reasonably priced when you buy them as a DIY item. I compared these costs to buying a bag of cement and a 4x4 post for each hole. The biggest saving however is on time. The ground screws are WAY quicker to put in the ground We are living off grid in New Zealand and are building this deck so we have more outdoor living space around the bus.
