INFORMATIVO 40 menores participan en el 18º Campamento de Verano de AECC en La Carlota

The event, held at the Hotel El Pilar in La Carlota, was attended by Mercedes Osuna, vice president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer in Córdoba; José Manuel Rumbao, head of Pediatrics at the Reina Sofía University Hospital; Joaquín Fernández, deputy medical director of the same hospital; Ramón María Clemente, colonel in charge of the Civil Guard Command; and Antonio Granados, mayor of La Carlota, who all emphasized the importance of this project as a key support tool for children with cancer. The camps, which run from June 22 to 28, are aimed at children between the ages of 9 and 16 who have or have had cancer, as well as their siblings, with the goal of improving their quality of life and promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being in a normalized environment.
