GreenDwell | Crafting sustainable design for well-being . บ้านหัวมุมที่เปิดรับธรรมชาติ เพื่อความสุขของทุกคนในครอบครัว บ้านหลังนี้ตั้งอยู่บนที่ดินหัวมุมในย่านพักอาศัยอันเงียบสงบ ตัวอาคารออกแบบให้รับลมประจำถิ่นจากทิศตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ รวมถึงเปิดรับลมจากทิศใต้ได้ตลอดปี ป้องกันแสงแดดจากรอบด้านอย่างเหมาะสมและได้รับแสงธรรมชาติที่เข้าถึงพื้นที่ใช้งานหลักแบบสบายตา เจ้าของบ้านตั้งใจให้ที่นี่เป็นพื้นที่ที่ทุกคนในครอบครัวจะได้ใช้เวลาร่วมกัน และยังมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัวที่ไม่รบกวนกันในแต่ละช่วงเวลา ทีมออกแบบจึงจัดวางผังให้ทุกโซนเข้าถึงง่าย โปร่ง สบาย และสัมพันธ์กับธรรมชาติรอบตัว บ้านยังแฝงรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ อย่างภาพวาดของลูกสาวที่ติดไว้ในบ้าน สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าทุกองค์ประกอบล้วนถูกออกแบบจากความรักและความเข้าใจอย่างแท้จริง . Located on a corner plot in a quiet residential neighborhood, this house is designed to embrace prevailing wind directions, providing ample ventilation and daylight while offering protection from the sun throughout the year. The layout balances communal areas where the family gathers with private spaces that respect individual needs. Open, airy circulation connects each zone seamlessly to the surrounding landscape, ensuring a constant dialogue with nature. Small yet meaningful details, such as the display of the daughter’s artwork, reinforce the idea that the architecture is not only functional but also deeply rooted in love and the family’s everyday life. . .
