Kek Lapis Masam Manis Kukus Lembap dan Tidak Terlalu Manis

Bila tiba musim perayaan, kek lapis antara kek yang dicari-cari. Sebelum ini saya pernah kongsikan resepi kek lapis masam -manis versi kukus, kali ini saya adjust resepi untuk mendapatkan tekstur kek yang lebih lembut dengan lapisan kek yang tertata rapi. Resepi kali ini asam haw saya letakkan di setiap dua lapisan kek. Kek boleh disimpan pada suhu bilik sehingga 4 hari, dan sehingga 2 minggu dalam peti sejuk. Kek boleh difrozen sehingga 2 bulan. Jumlah Kek : 1 buah loyang 7x7 inci 🍰BAHAN-BAHAN : 250 gm mentega bergaram lembut | 1 cawan dan 2 sudu besar (saya pakai Golden Churn tin) 90 gm gula kastor/ gula pasir halus | 1/3 dan 1/8 cawan 7 gm ovalet | 1 sudu besar 5 biji telur gred A (suhu bilik) 2 sudu teh esen vanilla 220 gm susu pekat manis | 3/4 cawan 350 gm biskut keju masin | 3.5 cawan lepas kisar 🍰Asam Haw secukupnya (saya guna saiz besar) 🍰Loyang 7x 7x 3 inci ❤️NOTA : 🍰Bahagi 2 adunan sama rata : Anggaran 588-589 gm setiap adunan. 🍰Setiap adunan warnakan dengan pewarna kuning telur dan hijau epal masing-masing. 🍰Setiap adunan dibahagi 4 lapisan, 146-147 gm setiap lapisan. 🍰Kukus setiap lapisan 10-14 minit, sehingga lapisan mengeras dengan api sederhana tinggi. ============================================================================== [english] When the festive season arrives, layered cakes are among the most sought-after cakes.
