South West Coast Path Hike from Minehead to Porlock Weir | Dramatic cliffs and epic coastline ❤️🥾⛰

A glorious hike along the first 11 miles of the South West Coast Path (SWCP) in the county of Somerset in England. It was a lovely day with clear views so I made my way from the campsite in Porlock Weir to the official start of the trail in Minehead. According to my Apple Watch and All Trails App I clocked approx. 3000 ft of elevation gain and just shy of 11 miles, but according to All Trails it is 9.9 miles and 1,500 feet elevation gain so not sure if something is possibly off somewhere along the line. This was day 2/3 of my hiking trip to Somerset and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The route I followed is here: https://www.alltrails.com/en-gb/trail... I actually parked in Porlock town centre which was a mistake as I had to then walk another 1.5 miles at the end of the trail back to Porlock, but it was only around an extra 30 minutes walk. The car park I used was Porlock central which cost £6 for the day: https://www.somerset.gov.uk/locations... You can catch the number 10 bus from Porlock to Minehead but it can get quite busy - the cost for an adult single is £2.40. I stayed over at Porlock Bay view campsite which is very peaceful and highly recommended: https://www.pitchup.com/campsites/Eng... I got some good footage along the way but I was super disappointed that 70% of my drone footage was un-usable and blurry due to me accidentally tapping the AF (auto focus) button to MF (manual focus) and I didn't realise this at the time - a harsh lesson learned and I will be checking this in the future before taking off and pressing record. I will do a video soon to highlight this and show a few other tips to be wary of when using the DJI Mini 3. Gutted, but I still got some drone footage - just not as much as I would of liked.
