What African Family Meal in a Day in Kenya 🇰🇪 |Cooking Matoke & Beef Stew +Splash Water Park Mombasa

Hi fam 👋🏽💖 On this day, we kicked things off with some meal prepping in the morning, served up a simple breakfast of tea and fried githeri, then prepped green bananas and carrots for later. After a little bedroom and living room reset 🛏️✨, we got back to the kitchen and made a hearty lunch of matoke (green banana) mixed with carrots and beef stew, with some rice on the side. So yummy! 🍲🇰🇪 The next day was all about fun! We headed out to Splash Water Park in Nyali for some good vibes and family time. The pool overlooking the ocean had a great vibe 🌊😍. Sadly, there was a power blackout, so we couldn’t use the slides, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. After swimming, we enjoyed a hearty lunch and later took a relaxing stroll at the beach.
