“It Is Life Or Death!” Love Island Star ‘Could Have Died’ After Allergic Reaction On Flight

Talk’s Mike Graham is joined by pharmacist Thorrun Govind to highlight the seriousness of nut allergies after reality TV star Jack Fowler says he almost died after an allergic reaction on a flight. The former Love Island star said he had to use his Epi Pen and required five tanks of oxygen as he had a severe allergic reaction on a flight to Dubai after a chicken curry he was served had nuts in it. Fowler said he flagged his severe nut allergy twice and was reassured the meal did not contain nuts. Thorrun says: "When someone says they've got an allergy of this sort of issue, they're not being fussy, it is life or death!"
