Francesinha a dish that doesn't need introduction. Its probably the most popular dish around my generation. but if you never heard about it let me introduce you to the best dish you will ever try. A baked sandwich with a beautiful steak chorizo and ham baked with lots of cheese on top finished with a fried egg on top and the magical sauce covering everything ideal with a cold beer and a bowl of chips.
