Stihl 400 Salami Slicing While Thinning
Filmed in June, 2024 Still in the 1st day of prototype testing the Max-Flow 362/400 Stihl filtration kit. It was near the top of the strip. The trees were thin and the brush was (pretty) thick. Even though the stems are small on the stump they were fairly tall. Over 120’ this one was standing there. Sometimes it is hard getting the minute trees on the ground due to the limbs being hung in the clumps or grabbing a hold of other trees as they are earth bound. Having the ability to “salami” slice the trunk down and “safen” things up for the riggin crew is a must. The first tree that was hanging I left. There were trees over to the left, looking down, that were going to be threaded back into this area later. Piled up with tops if you will. I cannot say enough good things about the Max-Flow systems in general and the performance (both in longevity and saws running better) of. Their efficiency and cfm numbers out perform everything else available on a production level. Currently on the website - www.maxflowfilters.com Thanks for watching.
