Beat it Guitar Solo by Dan Mongrain (Voivod)

Update (July 29th 2019) Coaching the next guitar player for the Cirque Du Soleil show "ONE" MJ Tribute) In Las Vegas (Mandalay Bay Casino) again this year! (previous post):Having a gig tomorrow in Montreal (may 29th 2017) where I have to play one of the first guitar solo I've hear in my childhood! I thought It would be fun to make a clip of it Using a Bond Instrument Strat Style Guitar (Thanx to Bond Intruments!). From MJ's Thriller Album, Solo originally by Eddie Van Halen ! In 2013 I was privileged to teach it to my former student Gina Gleason who was hired by Cirque du Soleil to perform it in Las Vegas on the Official Michael Jackson tribute show called "ONE". It was quite a challenge and a lots of fun to dig into MJ's music! I'm a fan since I'm 7-8 years old or so. Last year (2016) When we "Voivod" played in Vegas at the Hard Rock Casino,Gina came to see us play and the next day, I was able to sit behind the soundboard at Mandalay Bay Casino and watch the MJ "ONE" show and see Gina Perform brilliantly all that we've worked together. thanx to Cirque Du Soleil for that great opportunity!
