Building a boring bar for the horizontal mill and line boring
In this video I do a common job where the grease worms have eaten the metal away and I have to put some back. Turned out my boring bar was too short so i had to make one and I decided to make it so it could be supported on each end for maximum rigidity. Mag drilling in the lathe and a few tricks later and the parts are back better than new! I hope you enjoy and subscribe for more heavy machine work.
