Cotlands NPO launches Toy Library hub in Thabong Memorial Preschool in Welkom

This is according to a Non-Profit-Organisation, Cotlands that has launched a Toy Library hub in Thabong Memorial Preschool in Welkom, in the Free State. Through it - essential resources and support will be provided to ten Early Childhood Development centres in Welkom.
