The renovated Kazymukan Munaitpasov Stadium has officially opened in Astana. And an important clarification: this is not an indoor arena, but a fully-fledged indoor football stadium, meeting UEFA Category 2 and KFF Category 4 standards. It can host matches of the Kazakhstan Premier League, the Kazakhstan Cup, youth and women's national team games, international tournaments, as well as matches with VAR and high-quality television broadcasts. But most importantly, the stadium will be used every day. A specialized Olympic reserve school will open on its premises, where approximately 750 children and teenagers will be able to train year-round. The stadium was built by BI Engineering & Construction using modern engineering solutions and high-quality materials designed for long-term use in the capital's climate. A full-size pitch meeting FIFA and UEFA standards, modern lighting, security, video surveillance systems, media zones, a VAR room, and advanced infrastructure—all of this is not just for show, but for the development of football and future generations of Kazakhstani players.
