Hello everyone! This is Sayaka from quatre saisons. Thank you for always watching my video😊 In April 2026, my husband Matthieu and I visited Miramas-le-Vieux, a village in the south of France. Miramas-le-Vieux, which we visited this time, is a village with a population of around 160, situated in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. We went to Miramas-le-Vieux after visiting the village of Eygalières. Do have a look at the video on Eygalières as well.    • 南フランスの村エガリエールでマルシェと村歩きを楽しむ日帰り旅 / オススメレストラン...   Miramas-le-Vieux literally means ‘old Miramas’ in French ; it is the old town situated within the municipality of Miramas. As the village is perched on a small hill, you have to walk up a gentle slope to reach it. The village is home to buildings dating back to the Middle Ages, and as I strolled around, I felt as though I’d stepped back in time. I also came across lots of adorable cats, which really lifted my spirits. At an ice-cream parlour housed in a former fortress, I enjoyed some delicious ice cream whilst taking in the magnificent view. The view from the village’s viewpoint over the surrounding towns and the large lake was truly magnificent, and I felt like going back there in the late afternoon to watch the sunset. That day, a northerly wind known as the ‘mistral’ was blowing strongly all day; so the noise in the video might be a bit distracting.
