Do try it at home and send us your feedback in the comments below. #VegetableSandwich#JungleeSandwich#RajshriFoodRecipes#RuchiBharaniRecipe#StreetFood Preheat the oven at 180°C Ingredients: 3 Bread slices Butter 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes 1 1/2 tbsp Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp Sandwich Masala 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise Cheese, grated 2 tbsp Corn, boiled 1/2 Green Capsicum, finely chopped 1/2 Carrot, finely chopped 1/2 Yellow Capsicum, finely chopped Salt to taste 100 grams Paneer, finely chopped Cucumber, sliced Potato, sliced Tomato, sliced Onion, sliced Processed Cheese Tomato Ketchup Method of preparation: Apply butter on both sides of the slices and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes. In a bowl add schezwan sauce, chilli flakes, chilli sauce, sandwich masala, mayonnaise, cheese, mix well. Add corn, green&yellow capsicum, carrot, salt, paneer and our filling is ready. Take the bread slices, spread the filling mixture and place another slice on top. Place the vegetables on the bread slice, sprinkle some sandwich masala and cheese and cover it with the last slice and slightly press it. Add some more grated cheese on the top layer and place it inside the oven at 180°C until the cheese melts. Garnish it with ketchup and our Junglee Sandwich is ready.
