How to add knurling to cylinders and flat surfaces in Tinkercad

In this video, I experiment with a few different methods to create my own knurling patterns. Along the way, I ran into an interesting challenge: the same pattern doesn’t always translate cleanly between curved and flat surfaces. That meant rethinking my approach depending on the geometry I was working with. If you’ve ever wanted to add texture to your designs—but weren’t sure where to start—this video walks through a few practical ways to make it happen in Tinkercad.
