2012 Tornado GR4 Role Demo Practise at Southport - 7 Sep 2012

In cockpit video from the back seat of Poker 1 taken during the Tornado GR4 Role Demo practise sortie at Southport on Friday 7 September 2102. The video starts with the run in towards the beach and captures the entire sequence up to the pairs formation departure at the end of the show, although the departure was flown without the coordinated pairs roll due to low cloud. The aircraft had departed from RAF Lossiemouth and after the practise they recovered to John Lennon International Airport in Liverpool. During the weekend, the crews took part in shows at Southport and Duxford and did 2 flypasts at Chris Evans' Carfest North event which was held in support of Children in Need.
