The TIME/LIFE "SWING ERA" Remake of PENNSYLVANIA 6-500 by Bill May and his Orchestra. A 14 album set containing 2 CD's each was made by TIME/LIFE that depicted the various STEREO REMAKES of songs made famous by the BIG BANDS of the 1930's and 1940's such as Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, Harry James, and many others. Most of the remakes were performed by Bill May and his Orchestra and Glen Gray and the CASA LOMA ORCHESTRA.
