I've decided to make an in-depth Cashout Tournament guide with the plan for a follow-up video explaining the main role of each contestant/class in this game mode. Cash out is an extremely complex mode, and it can be hard to keep track of how exactly to win. I believe Embark understands this, and that's why they have spent all of season 3 tweaking the rules. Regardless, this guide was made using season 3 as reference, and I hope it remains at least 50% relevant throughout the changes that I know they plan on making.
