Marcin Iwiński, a graduate of Czacki University, has been involved in the distribution and development of computer games since high school. Along with co-founder of the CD Projekt group, Michał Kiciński, he was E&Y's Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 and the Polish Internet's Person of the Year 2010. Marcin spoke about a topic rarely discussed, yet integral to business – failure – through his own example. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
