Nursing Preceptor Problems
As a new nurse just starting out l, there may be many unforeseen issues. Things like time Managment, 12 hour shifts and interpersonal relationship conflicts may only be the beginning. Many new graduate nurses email me expressing their feelings of inadequacy... truthfully, I had many of the same feelings and it took me a while to build confidence.
