※Click "cc" on the lower right menu to choose English language. 谁懂啊！我真的想吃辣想到做梦。 本来只是梦到一口辣辣的卤味，结果醒来以后越想越馋，赶紧去冰箱翻东西。鸡脚、小甜肠、豆泡、猪皮、洋芋、芋头，有什么就煮什么，家里能找到的菜全都安排上。 最香的还是猪皮，先炸到泡起来，再放进卤汤里煮，吸满汤汁以后又辣又香，一口下去真的太爽了。再加上泡面、土豆和各种小菜，直接做成一锅特辣卤味小火锅。 辣是真的辣，香也是真的香。 吃到最后，连不太能吃辣的人都开始流汗了。 Who understands this craving? I wanted spicy food so badly that I even dreamed about it. I woke up thinking about that spicy braised flavor, so I went straight to the fridge to see what I could find. Chicken feet, little sweet sausages, tofu puffs, pork skin, potatoes, taro — whatever we had at home went into the pot. The best part was the pork skin. I fried it first until it puffed up, then braised it in the spicy broth. Once it soaked up all that rich, fiery flavor, every bite was chewy, juicy, spicy, and so satisfying. Then we added instant noodles, potatoes, vegetables, and more toppings, turning everything into a homemade super-spicy braised hot pot.
