Starting with a black canvas we are Painting THE LIGHTHOUSE today. The focus is on HOW TO PAINT CLOUDS, WATER, AND A GLOW in the sky. Easy for a beginner. Step 2. When Gesso is dry, cover with a clear oil medium. PAINT COLORS: Water mixable oil paint Titanium white, Black, Ultramarine blue, Alizarin crimson, Sap green, Phthalo green, Burnt Sienna, Raw umber, Cad yellow OTHER MATERIALS: Canvas (Board) 12 x 16, Small chip brushes, 1” landscape brushes, #5 palette knife, #10 palette knife, 6 #filbert, #3 fan, #2 liner, Large flat floral brush, soft blender or bunny brush and clear oil medium.
