Ranieri himself was considered a good and interesting coach, but not one who wins championships and churns out titles for his teams. He helped teams rise to the top divisions many times, and even led some teams into European competition, but he hadn't won a single championship before the 2015/16 season. Such a kind, unsuccessful man. And, in my opinion, Ranieri's invitation to Leicester can also be considered a miracle, because the aging coach, who had failed six months earlier with the Greek national team, can hardly be considered the right choice for a team that almost relegated from the Premier League last season.
