दिल्ली: पेपर लीक पर प्रस्तावित बिल के बारे में केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू कहते हैं, "हम बिल पेश करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन कैबिनेट के फैसले की जानकारी मिलने के बाद हम आपको समय के बारे में बताएंगे। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा है कि छात्रों से जुड़े इस बिल को लाने में कोई देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए। देश भी वही चाहता है जो प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा है, इसलिए इसमें रुकावट डालने के लिए कोई भी तरीका अपनाना सही नहीं होगा... अगर कांग्रेस संसद की कार्यवाही में बाधा डालती रही तो उसे नुकसान उठाना पड़ेगा। हम छात्रों के भविष्य के लिए अहम कदम उठा रहे हैं। अगर कांग्रेस पार्टी संसद में चर्चा रोकने के लिए हर तरह की रुकावटें पैदा करती रही, तो उन्हें देश के युवाओं और असल में पूरे देश का गुस्सा झेलना पड़ेगा।" वे कहते हैं, "सोनम वांगचुक इस विरोध प्रदर्शन का चेहरा हैं। वे जो कुछ भी कह रहे हैं, उसमें ज़रूर कोई न कोई बात या महत्व होगा। मैं उनके मतभेदों के आधार पर लोगों को बांटने के लिए यहां नहीं हूं, लेकिन मेरा कहना है कि चर्चा और बातचीत में कुछ न कुछ महत्व ज़रूर होता है। हमें एक-दूसरे पर भरोसा करना चाहिए।" Delhi: On the proposed bill on paper leak, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju says, "We are preparing to present the bill, but after you receive the briefing on our cabinet decision, we will inform you about our timing. The Prime Minister has said that there should be no delay in the bill we are bringing regarding students. The country also wants what the Prime Minister has said, so it would not be right to resort to any tactics to obstruct it... Congress will fall into this if they continue to disrupt the parliamentary proceedings. We are taking important steps for the future of the students. If the Congress party continues to create all kinds of hurdles to prevent parliamentary discussion, then they will have to face the brunt of the youth of this nation and, in fact, the entire nation." He says, "Sonam Wangchuk is the face of the protest. There must be some value attached to whatever he is saying. I am not here to divide amongst their differences, but what I am saying is there must be some value in the discussion, in the talks.
