Joe's Ancient Orange Recipe, 1 gallon - 3 1/2 pounds of honey 1 whole orange 1 cinnamon stick 1 clove Water to 1 gallon 1 pack of Fleischmann's bread yeast (not the instant stuff) Mix all the ingredients together and pitch yeast. Install airlock and bottle when all the oranges sink to the bottom and the mead is cleared. Super easy!
