This Spyderco Para 3 Was Almost Perfect… Until This Spyderco Para 3 (Black G10 + Black DLC S45VN) – First Impressions Review In this video, I’m taking another look at the Spyderco Para 3 with black G10 and a black DLC S45VN blade. I’ve actually owned this knife before, so this isn’t a true first impression—but revisiting it now, there are definitely things I remembered liking… and a few things I didn’t. The compression lock, the overall size, and how usable this knife is day-to-day still make it really appealing—but there are a couple design choices that I just don’t love, especially around the pocket clip and lanyard hole setup. In this video, I’ll go over what I like, what I don’t, and why this is one I’ll probably end up modifying to make it work better for me. This isn’t a full long-term review—just early impressions, a fresh look after owning it before, and whether it still holds up.
