Japan 2026 Tokyo Part 1

This is the start of our 3-week journey through Japan 🇯🇵 Our first stop: Tokyo — and our very first time in the country. It’s also the first time we’ve ever vlogged a trip like this. Hitting record while navigating jet lag, a packed itinerary, and a city as overwhelming and beautiful as Tokyo felt a little intimidating — but also exciting in a way we didn’t expect. We came in with plans for every day, places to be, trains to catch, and so much we wanted to see. But between the rush, Tokyo gave us quieter moments we didn’t plan for: getting lost together, sharing small meals, late-night walks, and learning to slow down — both in the city and behind the camera. This video isn’t about perfection. It’s about first impressions, figuring things out as we go, and capturing the feeling of being somewhere completely new — both as travelers and as first-time vloggers. Tokyo is only the beginning. Over the next three weeks, we’ll keep exploring Japan, finding our rhythm, and learning when to follow the plan and when to let the moment lead.
