We're staying at the stunning Cornwall Hotel and Spa on the outskirts of St Austell. Our room had an incredible view, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast made from local ingredients. Afterward, we relaxed in the spa, which features an infinity pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Check it out here: Cornwall Hotel and Spa. Next, we took a short 10-minute drive to the lovely Porthpean Beach. Finally, we visited the charming harbour village of Mevagissey. We wandered around the harbour, enjoyed the sights, and stopped by the cozy Fountain Inn pub. We ended our day with some of the best fish and chips we've had in a long time, served by the wonderful Emma.
