AFFIRMATIONS for adult children of alcoholics and narcissists ♡

Hey you! In this video I share some information on the power of affirmations in your healing journey. Affirmations helped me climb over invisible walls that were keeping me from fully manifesting my dream life into reality. For example, "I am cared for" helped me settle comfortably into my relationships. Before, I didn't realize how upset I was deep down feeling like I constantly loved others more deeply than they loved me. This affirmation also helped me grasp the concept that the Universe is caring for me, and I'm not just a speck of dust waffling around in the vortex. Rewire your mindset! Do you want to be an optimist? Do you want to look at yourself with love and your life with appreciation? Start affirming what you want to think, purposefully commit to this practice, and over time you'll naturally perceive yourself and your life as you wish them to be.
