Sakura Watch May 4, 2026 - Ep 10 - Cherry blossoms in Peak Bloom across High Park as nearly all areas are now showing at least 90% of open blossoms. I take you through each area of the park as seen today and share the beautiful sakura in all their glory. Overall, now would be the best time to see the cherry blossoms before the petals begin to fall. Rain is again in the weather forecast, followed by some cooler temperatures which may start causing the blossom petals to fall on May 5th and 6th. The amount of rain and wind we get will determine what will remain for the Mother’s Day weekend. I’ll be back again to check on the trees after the rainy days.
