CAT में केस फ़ाइल करने से पहले कर्मचारी Universal's "The Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 (BARE ACT) किताब ले लें, 200/- के भीतर इसकी कीमत है। यह आपके आजीवन काम में आएगी। मैं इसी का उपयोग गाइडेंस के लिए करता हूँ। मेरा पहला केस मात्र 1 साल चला और CAT तथा High Court से मेरे पक्ष में फैसला मात्र आधे घंटे के बहस में आ गया। केस फ़ाइल अंग्रेजी में तैयार करना वांछनीय है, लेकिन आप बहस में हिंदी का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। इससे लाभ होगा। सक्षम हैं तो अंग्रेजी में करें। Hindi and English mixed language is also allowed.
