Easy Smoked Salmon Rolls with Apple & Cheese | Gluten-Free Appetizer | Collaboration

#CookingFrench These easy gluten-free smoked salmon rolls with apple and cheese are the perfect appetizer for parties, holidays, entertaining, or a quick elegant snack. They are also great to serve at a cocktail party or as part of a light lunch. Roulades de saumon avec pommes et fromages is a very popular finger food or snack in France. If you are looking for an easy, delicious, elegant, and different appetizer or cocktail food, then give this recipe a try. It is delicious and elegant. Recipe 120 g Goat cheese or cream cheese 180 g smoked salmon or trout 1 fresh lemon slice fresh rosemary, basil, thyme (if you can't fresh use dry but only about ⅓ tsp or 1.5 ml each) pepper 1 slice of onion 1 clove of garlic, or more 1/5 of an apple apple fresh chives Finely dice the onion and garlic (I used diced garlic in oil). Finely chop a bit of rosemary, basil, and thyme. Mix in with the goat cheese. (I heated the goat cheese in the microwave for 30 minutes.) Add the juice from the lemon slice and a bit of pepper. Mix well. Keep in fridge until everything is ready for rolling. Peel the piece of apple and slice very finely. Take a piece of smoked salmon, place 3 thin apple slices ⅓ of the way from one end. Put a dollop of cheese on top. Put one piece of chive. Roll the salmon carefully. Repeat for as many rolls as you can make. Sprinkle the tops with diced chives and pepper. Enjoy! 😋 TIP: Very important that you keep this dish refrigerated until people are ready to eat it. The salmon rolls should not stay at room temperture for very long.
