Sonic 2 8-bit - Aqua Lake Act 2 - 16-bit Sega Genesis Cover

I wanted to have fun and make an Act 2 version of this song! It made total sense to go for of a chill, Tidal Tempest vibe for Act 2, especially considering it's entirely underwater in-game (while Act 1 has you skipping off the surface of the water and hitting loops). It was fun and surprisingly easy to convert. A lot of the changes I made to Act 1 carry over here as well to make them feel really cohesive!
